The memory of Jeffery Sean Walsh of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, born in Summerville, South Carolina, who passed away on May 12, 2024 at the age of 56, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his mother Faye Winter; and his brother John Walsh, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Laureen Dunlavey Walsh; his sons, Davis and Connor Walsh; his stepmother Donna Jo Walsh; his sisters, Tammy Walsh (John Gribbins), Laney Taylor (Kevin), Brandi Kincaid (Johnny) and Leslie Walsh (Chuck Driggers); his father-in-law Jack Dunlavey (Carol); his brother-in-law Jamey Dunlavey (Jamey); and his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, JohnRoss, Caroline Gribbins, Estella Walsh, Brody, Landon Taylor, Peyton Fuseler, Jackson, Presley Kincaid, Ty Thomas and Lane Driggers. He is also survived by many other extended family members, friends.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Celebration Presbyterian Church, 2300 Carolina Forest Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579, to support the ministry of the church and cancer patients struggling financially.

“Laureen and family, In loving memory of Jeff, Sharing in your sorrow. With love and friendship. I so wish I could be at the service on Monday, but unfortunately, I can't. Jeff was one of my best friends at Clemson, and I'm so glad that we were able to stay in touch after college and share many rounds of golf together. I will always have happy memories of the time we spent together and our shared love of Clemson (and especially Clemson football). Wishing you peace in the days and months ahead.”
