She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ethan Hubbard and Mattie Elizabeth Agee Hubbard; her husband Troy Shirley Brammer; her son Tommie Wayne Brammer; and her siblings, Ernest, Clayton, Wayne, Harley Hubbard and India Williams.

She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Margie Brammer of Myrtle Beach; her grandchildren, Brooke Lipat (Jaime), Zacharie Brammer (Mayah) and Maggie Beth Brammer; her great grandchildren, Luca and Lily Lipat; and her siblings, Essie Hughes of Patrick Springs and Melvin "Pete" Hubbard (Iola) of Meadows.
