She is survived by: her husband John Hobson; her daughter Rachel Reno (Russ Rolle); her grandson Ryan Rolle; her brother Mark Schall; her stepdaughters, Susanne Navas and Kristina Kring; and also, William Navas, Torben Kring, Michelle, Jacqui and Stephanie.
Janet started the Downtown Myrtle Beach Children's Theater company in 2016, performing several plays for children until its closure due to covid in 2020.
