He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Glen Yates and Dora Ellen Yates. He is survived by: his wife Nell C. Yates; his daughters, Kim Donaldson (Scott) and Traci Yates Poff; his grandchildren, Ashley, Gina, David and Jamie; his great grandchild Baylee; his sister Kathleen Schneider; and his nieces, Wendy and Kathy.
