He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Everett Smith and Lois Richey Smith; and his brothers, Richard Lee Smith and Michael Roy Smith. He is survived by: his wife Constantina (Valogiannis); his stepson Rickey C. Gillis of Loris, SC.; and his brother Paul Arthur Smith.
