He is survived by: his children, Frances Faison Cushman and Harold G. Cushman III; his grandchildren, Kara Dawn Cushman and Harold G. Cushman IV "Gil"; his nieces, Katherine W. Saunders (David) and Elizabeth W. Thebaut (Anthony); and his nephew Harry C. Ward (Jane).
