He was predeceased by: his parents, George L. Lack and Mary Sue Cox Lack; and his sister Sherry Sue Lack. He is survived by: his wife Debra G. Lack; his children, Weslyn Lack Chickering (Gordon), Mary Virginia "Ginnie" Lack, Heidi Hesla Selbee (Daniel) and Loren P. Hesla (Ashley); his grandchildren, Charlie Chickering, Emma Rose Selbee, Benton Hesla and Brityn Hesla; and his brother Randy W. Lack (Lynn).
