He was predeceased by: his mother Etta Mae Throckmorton Fine; his son Eddie Fine; and his uncle Jimmy Vest. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Fine; his children, Mary Applegate (Matt), Laura Brodie (Shaun-Dae) and Cody Fine; his stepson Dustin Phillips; and his grandchildren, Ava Doris, Dae-La, Arti and Annalise. He is also survived by other extended family members and many friends.
