He is survived by: his child These; his pets, Waylon, Rosie, Sylvia, Chloe, Ben, Big Ben and Zoey; his wife Valerie; his sisters, Patty Zimmerman and Joan Anastasi; his children, Peter Moliterno, Taia Morley (Anthony) and Alison Moliterno (Adam Snyder); his grandchildren, Anne, Stewart, Michael, Franklin, Emma, Matthew, Stephen, Maria, Will and Natalie; and his great grandchildren, Allegra and Ethan.

Frank was one of the first water tester volunteers for the Waccamaw riverkeeper and Winyah Rivers Foundation and continued his association until this day.
