He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene J. Carangelo and Dorothy Belz Carangelo; and his stepson Tony Ruggerio. He is survived by: his wife Mary Carangelo; his daughter Sarah "Skip" Carangelo (Niki); his grandson Leo Carangelo; his stepson Paul Ruggerio (Lauren); his stepgrandchildren, Ellie and Rian Ruggerio; and his sisters, Dorothy Lerch (Dave) and Linda D'Auria. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, extended family members, and many friends.
