He is survived by: his parents, Berry Cooke and Rosa Cooke of Yorktown Va; his brother Derick Cooke of Yorktown Va; his wife Pam Clark; his stepdaughter Jennifer Lewin; his stepgrandchildren, Kaden and Brody Lewin of Myrtle Beach, SC; his son-in-law Aaron Lewin of Kentucky; his aunts and uncles, Carolyn Allen (Wayne), Rebecca McConkey, Wanda Vaughan (Jimmy), Debbie Medlin (Lynn), Tommy Cooke and Malcom Cooke (Carla); and his cousins, Crystal, Kristi, Lori, Kelly and David.
