He is survived by: his grandparents, Tommy, Dona Culbreth of Stedman, NC and Mary LaTourette of Hope Mills; his parents, Anthony Voelker and Kimberly Voelker of Hope Mills; his sisters, Breanna Voelker of Stedman, Chloe Voelker and Fayetteville; his grandmother Cindy Voelker of ElkMont; his niece Serenity Brigham; and his aunts and uncles, Christopher Culbreth (Carolyn), Allen, Mike Voelker (Beth), Jessica Averitte (Wesley) and Melissa LaTourette. He is also survived by twelve cousins.
