She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy A. and Carolyn West, Jr. (Taylor); her husband Edward McIntosh; and her brother Roy West, III. She is survived by: her daughters, Teressa LaPrade (Danny) of Seattle, WA and Kristen Brown (Jason) of Asheville, NC; and her grandchildren, Andrew and Caroline LaPrade.
