He was predeceased by: his father Otis Wise. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Wise (Antoinette); his children, Schiffon Wise, Donovan Harvey Donald Wise Jr., Earl Samuels and Aleisha Samuels; his siblings, Guy Bird (family: Kristina Isis, Naomi, Guy Jr.), Otis Jerome Roberts, Demeka Caldwell, Shanita Wise Nelson, Cassandra Gordon, Carlette Wise Parker, Bernice Clark and Deltric Dykes; his aunts, Janie Seymore and Ceila Crapp; his uncle Edmund Wise; and his cousin Eric Ingram.
After Donald became disabled and the events of COVID he and Antoinette moved to Myrtle Beach SC.
