Sell of Myrtle Beach; his children, Dean A. Ramich (Wendy) of Conway and Belinda K. O'Neal; his grandsons, Donald A. Ramich (Abigail), Devin J. Fluke of Fort Stewart, GA and Kindal F. Fluke (Olivia) of Bangor, PA; his great grandchild Mason J. O'Neal-Fluke; and his caregivers, Kerri, Tina and Pricilla of Amedisys Hospice.
