He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Mandrick; and his parents, Gerald Houghtaling of St. Andrews and Josephine Houghtaling of Three Rivers, Michigan.. He is survived by: his sons, Dwane (Jeannette) of Mechanicsburg and Lewis (Charlotte) of Little River; his grandchildren, Shawn Houghtaling (Tammy), Erika Houghtaling and Alex Houghtaling (Taylor); his stepgrandchildren, Larry Witt II, Charlisa Dowling (Ryan) and Amberly Thompson (Danny); his great grandchild Kevin Houghtaling; and his brother Edward (Constance) of Lansing, Michigan. He is also survived by nephews; nieces; and many cousins are also part of his extended family.
