He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, DeForest Millard and Lilla Millard; his wife Rachel Millard; his siblings, Nettie Ayers, Wally, Harry, Merle and Ronnie; his children, Warren Millard, Donnie Millard (Judy) of Essex, MD, Kenny Millard (Kathy) of Edgewater, MD, Alice Weakly (David) of Murrells Inlet, Debbie Fling (Roger) of Longs, SC, Juanita Shifflett (Bill Wiles) of Conway, SC and Patricia Downin of Gordonsville, VA; his grandchildren, Brian (Zoe), Dallas (Dalton), Randy, Ryan, Edgar (Kim) and JD (Laura); his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn (Eddie), Cydney, Jax, LeeAnne and Brianna; and his close friend Alan Good.
