He was predeceased by: his parents, David Shuttleworth and Gertrude Shuttleworth (Phillips); his wife Marion Shuttleworth (Hayes); his grandson Billy Shuttleworth; and his siblings, Ralph, Janet, John and Candy.
He is survived by: his children, David Shuttleworth (Alicia) of Philadelphia, PA, Judy Walton (Tom) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Joan Tielsch (Larry) of Pittsburgh, PA, Mae Lynn Biggs (James) of Woodstock, GA, Mimi Lindsey, Diane Smith (David) of Tampa, FL and Joy Cantilo (Phillip) of Alpharetta, GA; and his brother Donald Shuttleworth of Pittsburgh, PA. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
