He was predeceased by: his daughter Kayla. He is survived by: his children, Libby Stephens, Crystal Stephens, Josh Stephens and Neal Stephens; his brother Brad Stephens; his nephew Justus Stephens; his parents, Raymond Stephens and Judy Morris; and his brothers, Stanley Stephens and Shannon Greene. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
