He is survived by: his wife Wanda Byrd Rhodes; and his children, Lisa M. Rhodes Wilson, Charles Kenneth Rhodes, Jr. (Teri) and Shayne Augusta Rhodes (Robyn). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
