He is survived by: his children, Shannon Detzler (Ben), Jim Hewitt (Sharon) and Debbie Cudd (Mike); his grandchildren, Kelley King, Houston King, Hailey Barlowe and Megan Johnson; his stepgrandchildren, Hannah Starling and Matt Cudd; his brother Steve Hewitt; and the mother of his children JoAnn Hewitt. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
