He is survived by: his children, Bohdan Bortnyk Jr. (Christy West Bortnyk) and Christina Cox Bortnyk (Seth Cox); and his sisters, Irene Russo Bortnyk and Maria Zennario Bortnyk. He is also survived by many other family members/friends.
