She is survived by: her husband Dr. Eugene Butler; her children, Frederick Scott Miles (Robin) and Melissa Miles Rufty (Alfred); her grandchildren, Olivia, Lilly, Adair Rufty and Addison Miles; and also, Beverly Brandon Nichols and Joyce Hill.
