She was predeceased by: her brother Carl Kloock (Sluqqo) of Masontown. She is survived by: her husband Danny Provance of Myrtle Beach, SC; her daughter Melissa Dawn Forcier (Chris) of Marontown, PA; her sister Dolores Ann Martin (Harry); and her grandchild Hunter Zane Jones.
