He was predeceased by: his father William; and his brother Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Scott and Kelly Sullivan; his grandsons, Jacob and Jonathan; his mother Elizabeth; his niece Brandy Kotary; his sister-in-law Marcia Kotary; and his significant other Bailey.
