With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Warren Conley Nelson of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, who passed away on January 18, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Conley Nelson and Harry William Nelson; his wife Esther; and his sisters, Catherine Thompson, Pauline Hoffman and Ethel Klahr.

He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Castelli (Vince) of Surfside Beach, SC and Diane Zawislak (Gene) of Pawleys Island, SC.; and his grandchildren, Christine Currie, Jason Zawislak (Katie), Jennifer DeDore (Lee) and John Zawislak (Alyson).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 240 Broad St.
