He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Franklin Hawes and Barbara Ruth Jennings Hawes; and his brothers, Richard A. Hawes and Donald B. Hawes. He is survived by: his children, Bobby Hawes, Wendy Glover, Jason Hawes and Jesse Hawes; and his siblings, Bonnie Lambrecht (Dick), Sherry Evans (Bill) and David Hawes (Susan). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
