In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Vincent leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Vincent may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Marie Kelly. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Ann Kelly Smith (Henry E. Smith, III); his grandchildren, Nicole Smith, Sean Smith, Andrew Smith, Vincent Kelly, III, Matthew Kelly and Derek Smith; and his close friend Doris Haragsim. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
