He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxwell Millsaps and Margaret Millsaps; and his stepson Glenn Fair. He is survived by: his wife Barbra; his brother Mike Millsaps (Becky); his sons, Marty and Kevin Millsaps (Shannon); his grandchildren, Reece, Reagan, Browder, Jaxon Millsaps, Jacob and Asher Fair; his nephew Christopher Millsaps (Liza); and his great-niece Evelyn.

A memorial service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Grand Strand Funeral Home (9020 Frontage Rd, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576).
