With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sheila Ann Downey of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, born in Haverhill, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 5, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Flynn and Mary Flynn; her former husband Victor Sacco; her husband Thomas Downey; and her sister Judith Flynn.

She is survived by: her stepchildren, Richard Sacco (Sandra), Tommy Downey (Diana), Lisa Downey (Len Storey), Randy Downey (Patti), Danny Downey (Kim), Jeff Downey (Monica) and Scott Downey (Mary). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
