He is survived by: his parent Audra Dowell; his wife Candace Dowell; his children, Katrina Dowell, Melissa Dowell (Dawn Gray) of Greenville, SC, Jennifer Cutright (Caleb) of Bridgeport, WV, Scott Chenoweth of Shinnston, WV and Jillana Ferguson (Brad) of Jane Lew, WV; his grandchildren, Isaiah Dendy, Briana Dendy, Kaliyah Crite, Haleigh Sekerchak, Taylor Chenoweth and Lacie Dever; his siblings, James Dowell (Louise) of Buckhannon, WV, Camelia Crites (Tom) of Buckhannon, WV and Barbara Shipley (Randall) of Buckhannon, WV; his friends, Lily and Oreo; and also Heather of Shinnston, WV. He is also survived by two step-brothers; two step-sisters.
