He was predeceased by: his siblings, Martha, Bill and Happy. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Eric Hendriks, Jeff Hendriks (Amey) and Susan Hendriks; his grandchildren, Hailey, Brycen, Skylar, Kooper and Wyatt; and his brothers, David (Terri) and Michael Hendriks (Gail).
