He was predeceased by: his father Harry Kadish; and his siblings, Chucky, Ron and Dawn Dimaggio. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughters, Christina King (John) of Mt. Airy, MD and Carolyn Steppe (Paul) of New Market, MD; his grandchildren, Kendall King, Robin King and Michael King; his siblings, Patricia Handleman (Barry) of Murrells Inlet, SC and Tony Alden of Spring Hill, FL; and his pet Elizabeth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and his loyal companion.
