He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Bruce Milliken and Mae Reynolds Milliken; his children, Dennis and Kimberly Milliken; his stepsons, Ricky and Bobby Tourney; his siblings, Bobby, David, Phil, Margaret Taylor and Rita Floyd (Pete Day); his wife Linda Jane Fleck Milliken of Murrells Inlet; and his brothers, Dwight Milliken and Randy Milliken.
