He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis J. Duimstra and Frances DeJong Duimstra; and his brother Jacob. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Vicki (Marinus Peters) of Manheim, PA, Daniel (late Peter), Thomas (Anna) of East Brunswick, NJ and John P. (Robin); and his siblings, Theresa Gaisler of State College, PA, Sharon Roof of Bangor, PA., Frances, Anne and Fred. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Goldfinch Funeral Home (11528 Hwy 17, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576).
