She was predeceased by: her parent Grip Daughtery of Lake View. She is survived by: her parent Helen Hayes Daughtery of Lake View; her husband Samuel Robert Spann, Jr. of Murrells Inlet; her children, Catherine Spann Sabia (Michael) of Murrells Inlet and Samuel Robert "Tripp" Spann, III of Murrells Inlet; her grandson Samuel Robert Spann, IV; her stepgrandson Justin Salvatore Sabia; her siblings, Charlene Daughtery Leonard (Tom), Patricia Daughtery Bates (Ted Chapman) and Rick Daughtery (Linda) of Murrells Inlet; and her brother-in-law James McFadden Spann (Alice) of Murrells Inlet, SC. She is also survived by wife, mother and grandmother.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Tara Hall, Post Office Box 955, Georgetown, SC 29442.
