Otto Louis Jansky Jr. Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Otto Louis Jansky Jr. (Murrells Inlet, South Carolina), who passed away on April 8, 2025 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Otto Louis Jansky Jr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Jansky and Edna Jansky; his former wife Alice Jansky (Pud); and his sister Doris Camesi. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Sharon Jansky (Jenny) of Surfside Beach, Kathleen Fernandez (Jerry) of Murrells Inlet, Kristin Schaefer (David) of Murrells Inlet and Otto L. Jansky III (Ellie) of Murrells Inlet; his grandchildren, Jerome Fernandez, Ashley Fernandez, Michelle Fernandez, Alyssa Head (Richie), Kathleen Schaefer, Savannah Jansky and Riley Jansky; and his great grandchildren, Lydia Head and Bryce Head. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Goldfinch Funeral Home, Beach Chapel (11528 Hwy 17, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church (542 Cypress Ave, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576). A burial will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at the Hillcrest Cemetery.
