He was predeceased by: his parents, Trudy Smith and George Smith; and his brother Robert Smith. He is survived by: his wife Gail Smith; his son Daniel Smith (Kathy); his grandson Bo Smith; his sister Barbara Metzler; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy and Greg May. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Damiano Funeral Home (191 Franklin Ave, Long Branch, NJ 07740). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church (408 Prospect St, Long Branch, NJ 07740).
