It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael G Kuiken (Murrells Inlet, South Carolina), born in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, who passed away on March 21, 2018, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father-in-law John Kuenzle. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Kuiken and Donna Kuiken; his wife Kimberly Kuiken; his children, Jack Michael Kuiken and Eleanor Kuiken; his siblings, Brent Kuiken and Reanna Kuiken; and his mother-in-law Judith Kuenzle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
