She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodocia Powers Carter Eaddy and Ross Carter; and her son Bill. She is survived by: her sister Yvette Buddin; her children, Deneise Green (Jack), Mike Altman and Dan Altman (Paula); her daughter-in-law Lisa Altman; her grandchildren, Walt Altman (Kim), Caroline McLaughlin, Morgan Owens, Justin Altman (Lauren), Bryan Altman, Lee Altman and Will Altman (Jenna); and her great grandchildren, Nate, Sean, Ian (Kim), Maddie, Connor, Sloan and Wes.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Duncan United Methodist Church.
