She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Menoche and Florence Dion Menoche; and her husband Robert Goldsmith. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Rademaeker (Robert) of Sellersville, PA, Craig Trefny (Amy) of Hemingway, SC and Scott Trefny (Valerie) of Newtown, CT; her sisters, Adrienne Hilt of Newport News, VA and Judy Ingerson (Robert) of Hamden, MA; and her grandchildren, Nicholas, Alexander Ioanna, Morgan, Gregory, Natalie, Luke, Isabella and Finnley Trefny. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family has requested that memorial contributions in Linda's name be made to the Grand Strand Humane Society, 3241 Mr. Joe White Avenue, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577.
