He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Elliott and Mary Carter Elliott; and his brothers, Charles Elliott and Bobby Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Linda A. Elliott; and his siblings, Mary Lee Phillips, Betty Sue McAllister and Bucky Wendell Elliott. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lands End Marina Yacht Club (444 Marina Dr, Georgetown, SC 29440).
