It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Abernathy (Murrells Inlet, South Carolina), who passed away on July 5, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Larry Abernathy to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Abernathy and Edith Abernathy. He is survived by: his wife Eve; his children, Rene Sanderson (Richard), Debra Phelps (Mike) and Wendy Tipling (Andy); and his sister Brenda Wells. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, friends and family.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, only a small family service will be held at this time.
Larry could never stand to see an animal go hungry so in lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Danny and Ron's Rescue in Camden, SC.
