He is survived by: his children, Donna Borys (Ted) of Pomeria, SC, Kevin Cusker Jr. (Angela) of Long Island, NY, Michael Cusker (Diane) of Long Island, NY and Christopher Cusker (Natalie) of Dade City, FL; his grandchildren, Ryan, Justin, Kohle, Samantha, Kevin Cusker III, Anthony, Joseph, John, Kennedy and Jake; his great grandchildren, Austin, Jackson, Ella Kate, Addison, Easton, Kevin Cusker IV, Jocelyn, Brooklyn and Mickey; and his brothers, Joseph P. Cusker (Elaine) of Amherst, NY and John C Cusker of Las Vegas, NV..
