He is survived by: his wife Penny W. Low of Pawleys Island; his children, Bethany (Claude Parsons) of Murrells Inlet and Todd Low of Rock Hill; his granddaughters, Sarah Todd, Emma and Anna Low; and also, Toby and Makenzie.
