It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Hardister of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on November 23, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Arthur and Katherine Maynard Venable. She is survived by: her daughter Katherine Lane Hardister of Charleston, SC; her brothers, Gerald and James Venable; her husband David; and her former spouse Columbia.
