He was predeceased by: his mother Bertha J. Elliott. He is survived by: his grandparents, Bobbie P. Elliott and Lawrence "Larry" Elliott; his stepfather Richard O. Altman; and his stepbrother Caleb Altman of Brittons Neck. He is also survived by stepbrothers and sisters.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made in Justin's memory to a charity of one's choice that supports drug addiction prevention and awareness.
