He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Belarge and Theresa Belarge; and his siblings, Evelyn Mac Rae, Joan Guardino and Frank Belarge Jr..

He is survived by: his siblings, Jean Seconi, Anne Zarrilli, Alice Tepedino and Adele Osborn; his wife Dolores Muscari; his children, Denise Hamlin (Don), Joann Belarge and Frank Belarge (Stephanie); and his grandchildren, Angela Pescetti, Taylor Pescetti, Kacey Hamlin, Danielle Belarge, Frankie Belarge, Michael Belarge and Joseph Belarge. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
