Cunningham, III (Tammy) of Kennerdell, PA and Lewis Scott Cunningham (Angela) of Grove City, PA; his grandchildren, Erica Cunningham of Grove City, PA, Colten of Kennerdell, PA and Jeremy Cunningham of Kennerdell, PA; his siblings, Edwin Cunningham (Jan) of Altoona, PA, Rick Cunningham of Altoona, PA, Joseph Cunningham of Altoona, PA and Pamela Campbell of Julian, PA; and his stepdaughter Rebecca Burton (Preston) of Tabor City, NC. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.
