With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Joseph Collins of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, born in Baltimore, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 14, 2024 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Collins and Evelyn Collins. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Broadbent Collins; his children, Christopher (Tracey) of Queen Creek and Shannon Clarkson of Wake Forest; his sister Sally Wiley (Edwin) of Vernon; his sister-in-law Karen Collins of Murrells Inlet; and his grandchildren, Michael Robbins (Amanda), Finley Clarkson, Addison Collins and Harper Clarkson. He is also survived by many cousins, and nieces and nephews.
